Stow, This is the normal market bottoming process, the market puts in a Momentum bottom, rallies a few days, then the market goes to a lower low (or double bottom) while the Momentum Oscillators go to a higher low, giving a bullish Rising Bottoms pattern, which leads to a better rally, on the next upmove.
Zeev's target date of September 14th looks like a good, potential top target to me, after that the market may see lower lows (I expect it will).
