Millions of shares were dumped in the .0002-.0003 range. Could be people accumulating before they start another momo pump like what happened in January so they can flip for a profit. Could be those evil shorties covering their 1+ billion short position. LOL. Could be people who have had gtc buy orders in at this very low pps for a long time. The fact is nobody knows and it is all speculation. The only proof we have is when the filings come out and show how many hundreds of millions of shares were diluted. When companies use gagged TA's it is a guessing game. You only find out how many shares were dumped every 3 months usually.
