I think it is also possible he presents a plan that does two things:
1. States exactly what they know they own. 2. Disallows all claims they know have no merit.
simply says, "any objections?"

...i think it possible they really think they can, call everyone's bluff here in BKCourt, and then (with a little cooperation from parties now not so willing to peruse the same subject matter in other venues) sort it out in 60...
We're not disagreeing. I expect them to request an extension as well. But should this go to court I don't think for a second they'll delay the restructuring indefinitely.
That's all I'm trying to say.
