The re-org plan will be delayed. How can you have a reorganization without knowing what your assets are? Part of the assets are going to be the settlement from the pending lawsuit against the FDIC. For judge Walrath to accept a re-org plan without full disclosure of assets would be ludicris. Rest assured the commons are not going to be wiped out. Anyone saying so just doesn't understand the judicial system as it relates to bankrupcy.
I , we all know those NOLS, TPG, ownership change etc etc, read them hundred times. I do noth think they will cancel commons too but it is still possibility. I am deep in WAMUQ so I do not want this happen at all.
