If you make a custom chart study, using this formula
RSI[RSI,1,W]

and uncheck "override formula with chart interval" it supports this strategy....

It displays your formula for the week chart on every timeframe. You can look at other timeframes to see how the week is made up of the smaller ripples beneath it.
