Theirs no doubt that BK's are on the rise. Believe it or not, their is good opportunities in today's market to cash in on some chapter 11 BK stocks. IMO

In the coming months their will also be a record amount of buyouts/sales of assets/mergers. Ch 11 is not always a bad thing, if the company can restructure and reorganize & come out of BK it can be very beneficial to investors.

I personally like to find companies that are good candidates for potential buyouts. I strongly believe that down the road ASYT can be one of those companies.IMO
