Remember - cash is not the same as equity.

Payments to creditors will come from cash, but it does not mean the equity is less. It may be more. I need some time to research the potential financial impact. If these amounts are included in the listing of Unsecured Liabitities and settled for less, liabilties go down with the offset (equity) going up.
