We all have opinions of this deal and they all differ from one another, I believe that the shares are now tradeable under rule 144 and that the fines are no longer being imposed. I also believe that management made the best possible decision at the time and used the money wisely. It is also my understanding that it was never forseen that the s-1 would take the amount of time it did, but it has.
Bottom line is, IMO. That management (dpdw) NEEDS to clarify to the shareholders, the process which is taking place and what we as shareholders can expect next.
Its no secret i have been a long term supporter of this stock and the uncertainity even has me bewildered at times.
Clarification in the matter of the private placement shares needs to be resolved and confidence must be restored.
This is just my opinion, but i believe it is imperitive to the future relations between investor and company. I hope your reading this Mr. Smith(JMHO)
