I hear the words over and over, but no one comes up with details. Not to mention, in effect, that stance says that they are above the law...above the marketplace, because............."You'd have a ripple effect if a bank like Citi failed. None of us like it but you can't have a bank like Citi in default."

I don't buy it and neither do some pretty good economists.
