I anticipate them to be restricted for at least 6 months (just a guess.... could be up to a year). When they are released (become unrestricted), they should have a value and traded just like the A's. I have seen other companies do this, and sometimes the B's become more valuable than the A's as they carry the double voting rights. So.... other than being able to give your 3 cents worth (instead of 1 cent worth) per share in a vote, they probably won't be worth too much unless you want to sell ME your hard certificate privately........
And of course, the $.50 warrants will only be worth something WHEN the stock price is more than that...........
As with anything I ever say..... use your own judgment as to the validity of some knuckle head banging on his keyboard on a Sat instead of being out fishing.........
