You're right on target, Tom. Now is DDI's time to shine. I'm very disappointed that DDI didn't take the time yesterday to speak to us. Management should have known better than to say nothing after a milestone event. We've been in a "Quiet Period" for 10 1/2 months and it's a shareholder from Germany that alerts us that the S-1 is now effective. Maybe the Good Ole Boys were out golfing yesterday and couldn't be bothered.
I'm just hoping that DDI will make up for this error in judgement by releasing a comprehensive and forward-looking PR on Monday. They can no longer hide behind the "Quiet Period" excuse. Let's see why management gave themselves bonuses and options while we shareholders have suffered a 90% loss in our investments. Now is the time for DDI "to show us what they got."
