AMLN: I trace the beginning of their problems back to when they couldn't keep up with demand and had to stop taking on new patients they have never really recovered their footing.

This did coincide with the beginning of the slide in the share price, but was it the cause of the slide? That’s an interesting hypothesis.

What about the change in leadership from Graham to Bradbury, which occurred soon after the supply problems came to light—IYO, was this a good move or a bad move?
