spending money we don't have isn't the answer. .....how about we start with a budget with no increase

Certainly not by spending more and giving most of that money to failed and corrupt bankers and AIG who in turn gives it to foreign banks.

Let's say this was just you involved and not the nation. Is that how you would handle it?
