John, there are numerous reasons why they could possibly be gagged (if they were in fact ORDERED to be "gagged" by FFGO).

MAYBE they are gagged to limit piling on any more *misleading* statements should there be any SEC/DOJ lawsuits in the future? Huhhhh... just a thought. One never know... do one?
