The republicans have been giving trillions of taxpayer money to the war and defense machine for the last 30 years... money down a freaking black hole... at least the money that are given to the banks the taxpayer is actually is about to turn a profit as most of those are rushing to pay the TARP money back... with interest... so they can be of the hook for the salary caps... I love it!

The system was crooked. The banks took advantage of it. Same thing happened during the S&L meltdown.
