I would imagine so given the scam they've been running. Everyone by now must know the dividend is a complete scam and that FFGO has recently become aware that they can no longer efficiently run their scam.

I feel bad for anyone who put more than a couple of hundred bucks into this thing.

No. It is a complete gag. You didn't get any new or detailed information and neither did Tex. The person didn't say anything they couldn't have said as a gagged TA.

In this case, they may not have been told that by the company. Could be that Barry's boss told him to keep his mouth shut. And he may have done that because they HAVEN'T heard from "the company"...
