I am hoping to pick up some INTC under $15 in the next few
weeks on a market downsweep. Maybe Chrysler or GMC will
provide the necessary sentiment.

bought 1/2 position in INTC @ $15.52/sh. Short term.

I would be less concerned when buying than when selling, at this stage, in my case at least:
- if I buy below $18 it's still dollar-cost-averaging
- selling at < $16 carries a higher risk; what if there are analysts' upgrades? next week?
