What Does SEC Form S-8 Mean?
A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that is used by a publicly traded company to register securities that will be offered to its employees via benefit or incentive plans.

Not sold into the open market.

Now, I ask again, what forms need to be filed in order to sell stock into the open market?
