Wow! Imagine that. So how would a Republican change that? Would they encourage more rich people to move there? Would the white people that have fled those areas who were wealthier flee because in the case of Detroit the plants were closing? Or Buffalo because that area has been losing population for the past 15 years with major plant closings? Or the manufacturing cities like Cleveland and Cincinnati who have been hit with plant closing as well? What would a Republican do to help these areas? How about the Republican Governors that those states have had what did they do.
I think another definition of insanity is trying to simplify everything into nice little boxes of black and white.
