I could be wrong but I thought he said that they have not retired any shares since they last announced due to the ongoing buyout negotiations. I was in and out of the chat room though so maybe I missed something.

He said while buyout talks are going on EESO is not buying back shares and they have only done 4 million that he has discussed already doing.
