BOD, makes all the sense in the world. Fed-Ex and Cryoport sign a similar deal to that of DDN.
The end user will be the responsibility of Fed-Ex. I've always believed it would begin and end with Fed-Ex. That's all CYRX really ever needed. What idiot in his right state of affairs wouldn't sign an exclusive with Fed-Ex? Why would Fed-Ex put their heart and soul into something they weren't sure of? It would've left the door open for UPS and DHL. It's the perfect match, and it was the right move. Good thing Mr. Berry thought of it, or was it Stambaugh?

Did Fedex really purchase DDN?

I have also heard this from another CYRX shareholder, but I cant find any supporting docs to support this story. While it is mentioned on different web sites that DDN has a partnership with FEDEX, I cant find any supporting docs on a sale. Furthermore, what I do find is that they are a subsidiary of F. Dohmen Co. Here is some more info from their web site:

DDN was established in 1995 as a subsidiary of The F. Dohmen Co., a fifth-generation, family-owned company that began in 1858 as a wholesale and retail pharmacy. Gradually, The F. Dohmen Co. shifted its focus solely to wholesale distribution, leading to the creation of DDN to handle pharmaceutical logistics.

Please help me out here....
