Yes, physically speaking, Adam and Eve had conditional immortality, the condition being that they obey God. Spiritually, they had unconditional mortality just as we do. The only question concerning spiritual mortality is where and how we will spend eternity.
God's command to Adam and Eve was that they should multiply and populate the Earth. No time frame was given them, but obviously it would have taken a much shorter amount of time to accomplish that had they not sinned and lost their physical mortality. They did sin, though, and God's plan is being fulfilled nonetheless.
