If that is the case than the new owner/ceo should have no problem clarifing the current share structure. His character will now be reflected in the pps. If he ungags the TA that would be a good start. I have a feeling 5 bil is a more realistic figure but that is just a gut feeling only from observing the curious volume the last few weeks. I dunno fun to watch though.

I am not trying a panic sell...Dilution can mean different things to different people....What I am referring to is Option (3)

1) Simple truckload dump by the company
2) Simple truckload dump by toxic financing
3) Simple truckload dump by a major partner/investor wanting out

Do you still think the O/S is 1.5 billion with over a billion shares exchanging hands in the last few days? I am not too sure about that

But whatever be the case...one thing is obvious...the company has many exciting products that may not be unique or even market leaders but can definitely take a small chunk of revenues if marketed appropriately

The next 2 months will be very very interesting to see what shape does BBDA emerge in
