I was on the last conference call with the CEO and he said he was in talks with several companies but he always followed with on Genta's terms. It's possible that a company wants full rights to Genasense or something else that Genta is not willing to agree too. If Genta really thinks that Genasense will get approved maybe they want some solid evidence from teh trial to them leverage at the negotiating table because currently all they have is a really bad track record.
