Yes I doubt that they will post audited financials, but since they've already posted limited financials for all of 2008 at Pink OTC Disclosure and they have said in news that they will post audited in Q3 2009, one would think they just might post complete Q1 soon.
Q's are not required to be audited even with listed stocks, just year end 10K's must be audited.
