Exactly. A few here seemed to claim they'd bought, but obviously they hadn't. The stock last traded on 26 June 2007.
Don't think there were any private deals. Lumb bought the shell from the South Africans who ran the predecessor company. Then it just sat there. Lumb's intention was to r/s it 1:10 and put his company "Hurasu" into the shell. Then he was going to pay out some of it as divvies to FFGO shareholders. I suspect he then would have lost all interest in FFGO, which by now isn't much more than a shell.
He actually did change FPRT's name to Hurasu in Nevada, but that's as far as he got.
