The simple truth is this, company has published it's intent to acquire this THWAPR technology.

So far we know a little bit about the technology itself, but from what we know, primarily it is targeting mobile advertising.

As to how they are planning to "usurp" their market share?

You are going to have to ask the company bud, but I doubt they will answer until after they close the deal.
