NO....never had any problems and if I did they are so minimal. more personal than anything if you are unhappy about something they give you free trades with no problem. I think the way the sya it is you are allowed up to 5 RT trades so only execute 4 or something like that call them and ask. Customer service is great I never had any probs with any trades...I sound like I work for them LOL. I just like them.
