Unfortunately the difference between a home inspection and an audit of a multi-million dollar company is a large money and time. A buying company will almost never pay and initiate an outside audit. Also, I understand we don't know the full story
and that's why many of us are here, to ask and discuss and in some cases complain. Several people have responded to my posts and have expressed faith in Jared's statement that an audit is in the works and should be complete by the 3rd Quarter (correct me if Im wrong).

For all we know, they are already audited. Any company interested in purchasing would surely pay for an audit, as a homebuyer would pay for a home inspection. We the common shareholder do NOT know the whole story.
