Does it concern you that Zymo is enrolling another cohort at 0.5mg ? I do hope its a sign that interferon lambda is too potent so its difficult to access the minimum effective dose :)

I would expect Zymo to not(!) skip a step like finding the entire therapeutic window.

they are also enrolling a 3 mic per kilo dose, so it's not raising alarms for me, rather i think it is really just to flesh the dose response curve, particularly given its going to be part of a multidrug cocktail where cumulative toxicity becomes an important issue
