I would like to see the box at .0003 x .0004 and some solid PR's rolling out... imo there is not a lot of paper in the way to that range.... imo .0005's - .0007's may be a small wall... then we go for the .00's BUT if peopel are just flipping paper to make light bill money.. then that's another story... ICTY is actually a stock that totally has the chance to move forward without a reverse needed... JMHO
