O/T The Twins have superior scouting and instruction. However, they still have to let players go when they get too expensive, like Torri Hunter and some of their pitchers. That's just plain wrong for the sport.
Heck, the Expos would probably still be around if there was revenue sharing. They had fantastic talent for years, but had to dump salary when they got too expensive for their market.
