Thanks for that. I just realized I had the
name wrong. This new company exists in name
only as far as I know. Thanks again, and keep
up the good sleuthing. If it weren't for you
and a few others, I may have bought at higher
levels just to watch my investment evaporate.
Now I can see why so many disappeared from this
board after the 8-K was released in Oct 2007.
Appears Aero has no employees, and whatever
is being done by contract work is anyone's guess.
There are "still" no details about any financing,
nor what appears to be a bogus consulting firm
named Commerce Consulting Group LLC.

I can smell BANKRUPTCY.

Finally they are changing the name as I suggested they should long time ago to have a more general name to what they are doing. If you go back to my old old posts you will find a post with the exact name they are changing to that I suggested. Cant beleive they finally did something right. Kudos to them for actually listening to shareholders or perhaps reading this board.

btw, David K Richards is a member of the Board of Directors.


But I still think they should have changed the name to PERFORMANCE AUTO PRODUCTS. That would describe all products not just exhaust products. Perhaps they will change the name to that once they acquire a company that manufactures other auto parts.

Will the symbol change? Most likely and my guess on the new symbol will be PEPI but that symbol is used by some othe pinksheet stock at a pps of .0001. Maybe they will take over it. So another symbol could be PCEI.. I am running out of ideas.
