Do you think we will see some pullback til earnings comeout?? Uptick vote is April 8 but, who knows when it would take effect.. Now with the new M2M guidelines its just a piece to the puzzle. I dont see any reason til then for the shorts to run unless the uptick rule was implemented right away. Any thoughts?
