You have a point - what if it doesn't break and you can't sell because you bought with unclear funds. Also, many times if it can't break resistance it drops real fast.
Last summer we had many trigger alerts and when they occurred they ran to our target.
The ones that tried and did not break most of the time they dropped.
Most of the plays we put here are also based on weekly charts, so they will try again.
EVC based on daily and weekly chart - I think it will break 50DMA and yes imo this would be one I would buy now. Now, that's just me, but I can hold and add more if it drops.
