The problem lies in the terminology. What they are likely to do is release quarterly information about the company to Pinksheets which will then publish the information on its site. That does not constitute and is very different from filing official 10-Q's with the SEC. They will remain a nonreporting company with respect to the SEC until they file for uplisting which remains a possibility for the future.
