It is a Combination of the Company FAILING to disclose and hiring outside I/R firm that can not anticpate the Companys failings and work around them.

Thus an inside marketing Employees is just mandatory now.

Rocky - as always, you have the info. Is there any update as to "who" made the questionable ad, and if ACTC was actually involved, or was this just some loose-gun pumper? Has ACTC either denied or acknowledged such allegations or tried to clear the record, or ...?
