IMO they were able to disguise and keep the scam going being they DID have some very good outlines for products , but when u pry deeper it was smoke and mirrors , but they gave just enopugh to really make the products seem so needed and so close ot production , patents etc.. when we now KNOW the TRUTH - GFCI , Jim Dial et al were out to scam from the get go....

haha I know I'm digging up old stuff here, but I'm just curious what the name of this company was that you mentioned in this part of your post.

BBB was srfing through Nevada pink sheets when he found that the Lovely Lois Newman and her son-in-law, Nick Jarvis ( John Jarvis's brother ) had started up a pink scam touting --- a NORM tool. A drive by confirmed that the address on file with Nevada was unt in a self storge yard on FM Road 1960 in NW Houston

Things are tying together a lot more for me now, but I want to make sure I have all my facts straight.

I know of 3 Evan "Nick" Jarvis Nevada Companies:

I'm nearly positive you aren't talking about Fairview Capital or Spotlight Homes (I've sort of figured out their roles already).

NuTech is a very famous scam.

The other two Pantam and Hamburg I know nothing about so far.
