That's not correct. The link I provided was a copy of the class action they filed back in January. I am guessing that the $38Billion claim is regarding WMI securities. The link in my last post was not a copy of the $38 b claim filed yesterday. I no longer think that this claim should be against WMB, I do feel that it is filed in the right place, but I still feel that it is bull$hit.
I think these guys are representing people who bought in just like a lot of people, they sold, and now their trying to get money from the company. Sorry f#ckers. You get the tax-loss and you even get to carry it forward.
