So what does that mean? Please help me out here as I am not sure I totally grasp the imapct of this. If the claim is against Wamu Bank that would mean that the claim, as it stands, is against Chase?
Say that, as we all hope, Wamu holding comes out of BK. Is there any chance that that claim would still exist against that entity and what would that mean to share price / value et al.
