my opinion is, this is the same thing as all the class action shareholder suits...

...they are barking up the wrong tree.

most of the claims in that list will be, dismissed/denied , imho.

These f#ckers are suing WaMu, WMI, and/or whoever in as many ways as they can.

My initial response is that their claim is bull$hit. I might be wrong, but if these guys are suing them outside of bankruptcy, I don't think they are supposed to be filing a claim against them in this court. Could be wrong, but here is a copy of the lawsuit these f#ckers filed back in January of this year.

Damnit. I was afraid this would happen. The more lawsuits, frivolous or not, the less likely we are to see a positive outcome for WAMU, or if there is one, it may be severely dampened.
