RobNThaQC -- driven (and largely designed and built) by John Lingenfelter, of course (he worked for Callaway back then, before starting LPE) -- I talked with him about that -- the intercoolers (in the front, of course) were liquid to air, with radiators in the back to cool the intercoolers' coolant -- which radiators were literally packed in a couple hundred pounds of ice for each top-speed run
on drag radials in decent conditions, on pump 93 mine'll run in the nines in the quarter (7 liters v. 5.7; c. 900 lb-ft v. 772)
