NEW YORK, NY, Mar 30, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) --
Evermedia Biometrics Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of The
Evermedia Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVRM), is pleased to announce it
has signed a teaming agreement with EDS, an HP company, to provide
support services for the U. S. Army's Biometrics Operations and
Support Services-Unrestricted (BOSS-U) contract. As a team member,
Evermedia Biometrics possesses complementary technical capabilities
and will provide services as needed to fulfill the requirements
requested under the BOSS-U contract.

As a teaming partner, Evermedia Biometrics will have the opportunity
to participate in and support proposal efforts in the following areas:
technology evaluation, proof of concept integration, system
compatibility and functional testing, and field evaluations.

BOSS-U is a multiple award contract run by the Army's Biometrics Task
Force. The contract has a maximum ceiling dollar value of $497
million and a base period of three years with two, one-year options.
The contract objectives are to obtain a broad range of services,
solutions and contract types to fulfill the majority of component and
departmental biometric services needs. The Performance Work
Statement is comprised of six comprehensive functional service
categories: Management Support Services; Infrastructure Procurement
Design, Development, & Integration; Operations and Maintenance;
Advanced Technology Demonstration; Studies and Analysis; and Test and
Evaluation.
