For the ifosfamide link, please substitute the following link:

Ifosfamide

The link to the image through google allows you to bypass the medscape login.

<Let's not make this personal. Unless you're a chemist by trade, I don't think you should be calling me naive and ill-informed. If you would like to explain why a Br substituted phosphorodiamidate alkylator (from TH-302) will do things that a Cl substituted phosphorodiamidate alkylator (from ifosfamide)will not, and why that will be different than another Cl substituted phosphorodiamide alklylator (from canfosfamide), then I would be appreciative of the explanation.>

I wasn't making it personal - and I am saying ifos is similar to the TH-302 prodrug. I'm saying that Telcyta's is different from ifos and TH-302. Ifos and TH-302 are similar. I think we can both agree that ifos is a widely accept chemo and is commonly known as a decent chemo agent. So if you are saying that TH-302 won't work because its based on ifos then we disagree. If you are saying TH-302 active drug is likely to not work because its like ifos then I dont agree, because ifos is a proven compound.
