LOL I almost didn't yesterday..just one of those days,,but got inspired in the afternoon and did my run and crunches in the early evening..which turned out to be beautiful..
I guess that set a president for this morning because I feel wonderful and had a great run..it is about 42 degrees outside..clear moonless sky which is a perfect recipe for the gazing of stars...which I thoroughly enjoy when I run..:^)
