You CONveniently forgot to address the 200 million 'restricted' shares also cited in the latest 10-Q that were added to the OS by Aero.

Undoubtedly these are also already in the market. We all know that the Rule 144 restriction clock starts when the debt was incurred --- NOT when the shares are issued. That restriction could have been lifted the day after these shares were issued and immediately sold into the market.

But that scenario does not fit your speculation.
