From CEO to me this Tuesday. (7:15pm EST - ie..after hours)
I am attaching a photo of my desk. I took it a moment ago for you. At the end of my desk is my “Work Issues” box. These are my active daily files. They are organized by major headings. Accounting, Administration, Design, Investors, Legal, Premises, Production & Proprietary Tech, Sales & Marketing. My foundational principle is that the clear and physical presence of these 8 disciplines ensures that I channel my energies into purposes that are constructive. Things get done when one is well organized. Whether it’s a person or an organization, effective “flow” is half the battle. Meaning is the other. If you combine meaningful activity and a determination to do it as well as you know how, then the odds are in your favour.
I'd say this photo I got on Tueday and the photos today are the same photos; mine from a different angle.
I've never met Eric, but I can tell he is left-handed. How? Look closely.....
I can also tell, money isn't spent on lavish things in the office, but likely on more important business related matters (brand/product related).
What you see with these additional photos is a "culture", a way of doing business. Doesn't mean a clean office is profitable, or a messy office is unprofitable.
I don't think office was "cleaned" for a visit; I think they keep it that way everyday. Today's business done today and things put in their proper place.
Nothing guarantees success, it can only help increase the probability of success. An attention to detail; another reason why paint personnel are trained and informed, so that they in turn can properly recommend, advise and inform consumers.
I suspect most vendors are only worried about 'getting' the product on the shelf. WBC is as much worried, if not more, about the people inside the organizations that sell the product knowing of and how to use the product properly. Knowing again it increases the odds and probability of success.
