More than anything I think it shows teva is pulling out all stops. It only makes sense that teva knows every trick in the book and will make some up if it helps the cause. nvs is a behemoth company, i'd be quite impressed if these supposed documents were doing something diabolical as opposed to gathering dust.
I think this whole discussion is meaningless for mnta shareholders anyway and as far as valuing copaxone i'd put it pretty far down. Call back in 5 years or more.
