Raw, yes but the closing price isn't a subjective trade point it is the same time, for every stock trade. A closing Price is something that is Widely used on Chart, Indices, everything. A 12:45 Print however is quite random when the majority of the volume went at a completely different price. The closing Price is Widely used when it comes to indices, stocks, nobody talks about the 12;45 PM Price. LOL.
