Could be alot of places. Supposedly LOI buyer locked the remaining OS shares up so no dilution could occur. But obviously someone found a way to get some shares availble. Maybe Allie needs some quick cash for Wowgreen, who knows. If he lost the EESO bid maybe he take some shares off the table that he acquired for his bid, just a guess.
